1. Who can use it
AuraVersus is for people aged 13 and over. Under 18s may only make purchases with a parent's or guardian's permission.
One account per person. Extra accounts used to farm coins or dodge bans are deleted.
2. Battles and camera
Battles are live 15-second video calls between two people (13 and over, of any age). Nothing is recorded.
An AI analyzes the cameras during the battle to give the aura score and look for forbidden content. Analyzed frames are discarded immediately.
Breaking the Rules means immediate disconnection and suspension (24 hours, 7 days or permanent; sexual content is a permanent ban).
3. AuraCoins and items
AuraCoins are an in-game virtual currency with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn.
Items bought with AuraCoins (frames, sounds, name effects and name emojis) are licenses to use inside the app, tied to your account.
Prices show in US dollars (converted from euros) and you are charged in euros by SumUp.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions (AURA+, AURA MAX and THE GOAT) last 30 days from payment. After that you can renew or cancel.
Perks (coin multiplier, badge, banner, exclusive emoji and chosen sounds) only apply while the subscription is active. Cancel and they go away right away; don't renew and they stay off until you do.
What you bought with AuraCoins stays yours.
5. Refunds
Purchase problems: open a Support ticket (topic Purchases) with the amount and time of payment. We review each case under your country's consumer law.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Rules. You can ask us to delete your account through Support.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Important changes are announced in the app and on Telegram (t.me/auraduelss).
